Position Description

This is a great opportunity for a worship leader who desires to be a ministry builder in a local church. Bring your desires to lead the church, your best musical talents, your heart for the lost, and join this team in Chicagoland.

“We’re looking for more than just someone who is focused on their stage craft,” says Dan, “a pastor-shepherd for our team and congregation is a must.” The worship ministry has undergone a season of change, and these changes need to take root. While the foundation has been laid, there is a deeper sense of identity which is needed on the team. Taking the next steps forward in building out the ministry is a must. “We’re going to prioritize their ability to lead musically and grow and develop our team.,” says Dan, “but having a Pastoral Leader in worship is a must.” The team needs a new level of internal communication, vision casting, and steps forward within the larger emerging vision for Lakeland.
